How to reset the service indicator on the 2016 Toyota RAV4

In this video we see how to reset the service light of the Toyota RAV4 2016: we turn on the instrument panel and use the steering wheel controls: we press the "back" button (backward arrow), and scroll with the right/left arrows until we select "vehicle settings", then we press the central "enter" button. We select the "schedule maintenance" option. Press "date" then "reset date" and finally confirm with "yes". We verify by turning off and then turning on the car. The message "maintenance required" should have disappeared. If the message persists, repeat the procedure and make sure that the oil has actually been changed, as the vehicle calculates the interval based on kilometers.
