In this video, we will see how to disable the PCS (pre-collision system) on Toyota vehicles that have this option. We believe that all safety devices should be used, but there are many people who find this ADAS too intrusive and wish to be able to disable it. So, let's go to the settings menu and select "PCS," then press and hold the central button on the control panel to the left. However, there is a simpler method using the Traction Control button: if we press it once, we disable the function, but if we hold it for at least three seconds, we will disable both the PCS and the VSC in one go, but we must do this while the vehicle is stationary; otherwise, it won't work. Of course, when we turn off the vehicle and then turn it back on, the system will automatically reactivate.
