Let's see how to replace the wiper blades on a Toyota Aygo 1: lift the wiper arm away from the windscreen until it stops. Remove the old blade by pressing the retaining clip.

If necessary, use a flat screwdriver to assist in removing the blade from the arm. Be careful not to let the wiper arm snap back against the windscreen. Install the new blade and gently lower the arm onto the windscreen; avoid touching the rubber part to prevent damaging the graphite coating.

Ensure the rubber strip adheres well to the glass along its entire length; repeat on the other side and test functionality by operating the wiper.
