Resetting the Tyre Pressure Warning Light on a Toyota Rav 4

If the tyre pressure warning light illuminates and remains on when you start your vehicle, it means the ECU has detected a drop in pressure in at least one of the tyres via the appropriate sensors. Therefore, check the condition and pressure of the tyres using a pressure gauge. Inflate the tyres that are below the recommended pressure (there is a specific chart on the driver's side door pillar). Once done, get back in the vehicle, turn off the ignition, and restart it: the warning light should have disappeared.
