Operation: How to reset the tire pressure warning light on the Toyota Prius

This guide will explain the tire pressure warning light reset procedure for the Toyota Prius. The following tools are required for this procedure: pressure gauge, digital compressor with internal ideal pressure detector for inflating tyres, any instruction manual to check the factory parameters. The steps to be performed are, in order: 1. Check the pressure of the individual tires with a pressure gauge and check that there are no damages or any air leaks; 2. Compare the current tire pressures with those given in the car's owner's manual. If you don't have the manual at hand, simply inflate the tires to 33 PSI; 3. Start the instrument panel and check if the warning light is still present after these operations. If the warning light is no longer present, it means that the procedure was successful. If the warning light is flashing, there could be an electronic problem and it is therefore necessary to check the condition of the battery and/or alternator and replace them if necessary. If the warning light stays on but stays on, intervention by a specialized workshop is required.
