How to Change the Oil and Oil Filter on the Toyota Alphard

To change the oil and oil filter on the Toyota Alphard, start by lifting the car. Go underneath the vehicle, and with a wrench, unscrew the oil drain plug and let the oil drain into a container. Once the oil has drained from the oil pan, clean the area, unscrew the oil filter with the appropriate tool, and let the oil drain into a container while cleaning the area. Take the new oil filter, apply some new oil to the gasket and the filter. Now, screw the oil filter into place with the appropriate tool and tighten the oil drain plug. Next, go to the top of the vehicle, remove the oil fill cap, pour in the specified amount of oil, and when you are close to the indicated amount, check the level with the dipstick. If necessary, top off the oil; otherwise, close the oil fill cap.
