Do you want to replace the battery in your Toyota Yaris model 2 but don't know where to start? Don't worry, we will guide you through the steps to perform this operation effectively. The first steps are to open the front bonnet and remove the bracket on the battery using a 10 mm socket.

Once the securing nut is removed, you can proceed to the second step. The second step is to unscrew the nut to disconnect the negative terminal, followed by the positive terminal; never change the order of this operation as it could generate sparks that could damage the vehicle and yourself.

Then, remove the battery and proceed with the replacement. The third step is to insert the new battery and connect it to the terminals, first the positive and then the negative.

Refit the bracket and finish by closing the bonnet.
