To modify the clock on the Toyota RAV4, first turn on the instrument panel and then press the MENU button located to the left of the screen: this will allow you to select the "Setup" option and then the "Clock" option. This will open a screen where you can adjust both the hours and minutes using the touch screen controls; once the desired time is set, return to the initial screen and turn off the instrument panel by pressing the appropriate button next to the steering column.
