In a few simple steps, we will see how to deactivate the traction control (TRC OFF) on the Toyota RAV 4; it is not recommended to deactivate traction control on asphalt roads, so as not to compromise the stability of the vehicle. First, we get into the car and start the instrument panel; then we pull the handbrake three times, pressing the brake pedal three times afterwards, as shown in the video. At this point, we turn off the instrument panel and wait about ten seconds, then repeat the process twice; we will see the warning light for deactivated traction control appear on the instrument panel.
