The disassembly of the Triumph Daytona 675 engine can be carried out by loosening the screws that fix the engine cylinder head, so that the latter can be detached from its housing. It will then be possible to proceed by loosening the screws that fix the camshafts, also removing the gears related to them and the chain.

In this way, access to the valves and pistons underneath will be obtained, which can be removed from their housing, eventually replacing the crankshaft as well. Now, all the new components can be inserted into the engine block, fixing all the parts with the corresponding screws.
