Before you can begin, position your Triumph Thruxton upright, using a motorcycle stand for support. To drain the engine oil more effectively, it is advisable to run the bike for a few minutes. Start by unscrewing and removing the lower oil drain bolt to let the oil flow out. After that, re-screw the drain bolt. Once done, unscrew the upper refill cap. At this point, using a funnel, pour in the new engine oil, then re-screw the refill cap, and you will have completed the change.
