How to replace the air filter on the Triumph Trident 660?

In order to replace the air filter of the Triumph Trident 660 you have to loosen the bolts that secure the saddle so that it can be removed from its housing. When this saddle has been removed, it will be possible to go and loosen the screws below that hold the fuel tank in the front. When this has been released from its fixing screws and its connectors, it will be possible to completely remove the tank by accessing the filter box below: the old filter can then be removed from its housing and replaced with a new one.

First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
