How do you replace the Triumph Speed Triple air filter?

The air filter replacement operation on the Triumph Speed Triple is carried out by undoing the screws and disconnecting the cables connected to the fuel tank located at the front of the bike. Once the latter has been completely released, it will be possible to remove the tank by accessing the components below: here the filter will be found inside its seat, which can be extracted by unscrewing the screws. In this way the filter can be removed and replaced with a new spare part; after the replacement it will be necessary to reassemble the tank.

Let's find out below the instructions on how to carry out the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and the oil filter, of the Derbi Fds. First of all, we put the stand on our bike and start to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; let the old oil drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the filler cap and carry out the new top up; we use the oil with the right characteristics, finally checking the oil level using the dipstick!
