To replace the clutch on a Triumph Bonneville, loosen the screws securing the cover on the right side of the bike. Once these screws are loosened, you can completely remove the cover to access the underlying components. The clutch discs can be removed by loosening the screws that hold them in place and sliding them out of their housing. At this point, insert the new discs into their housing and cover everything with the cover to ensure that everything functions correctly.
