To change the engine oil on a Triumph Scrambler 900, start by positioning the bike on a flat, solid surface, preferably using a centre or side stand for stability. Remove the oil drain plug located at the bottom of the engine.

Place a collection container under the drain plug and allow the old oil to fully drain out. Once the oil has completely drained, reinstall and tighten the drain plug. Next, locate the oil filler cap, usually found at the top of the engine.

Use a funnel to pour new oil into the engine, ensuring you pour the correct amount as indicated in the owner's manual. After filling the engine with new oil, check for any leaks and ensure everything is sealed properly.

Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes, then turn it off and check the oil level to ensure it is correct. Complete the process by ensuring there are no leaks and that everything is functioning as expected.
