This video is a time-lapse of the repair of a sagging car roof. Watching it like this is indeed too fast, but we can slow it down by clicking on "settings" and setting the speed to 0.25, so that we can follow it in detail.

What we need: strong adhesive spray in aerosol form. Carefully peel back the rear side of the headliner (or whichever side is easiest for you to peel) so that you can insert your arm inside up to about fifteen centimeters, to spray the adhesive starting from the farthest point.

Then attach a small section of the headliner, pushing towards the center, with a light pressure. Continue this process, until the entire roof is completed, section by section.
