A clever and economical solution to repair a detached roof lining without removing it. In fact, the lining cannot be re-glued, as cyanoacrylate glues would damage the fabric, and silicone would leave a permanent stain. The only proper method would be to remove everything and reupholster. However, there is this system: Buy these aluminium strips from a DIY store, which are used to divide floors; they are already pre-drilled, but we can further drill them and then bend them as needed. We use aluminium screws about 2 cm long, which should also be passed through the glue for added security. The result can be seen in the video.
