How to Repair a Car Headlining

If the headlining of your car has come loose and sagged, you can restore and reattach it. Refer to the instructions provided below and the video. First, detach all the supports around the perimeter of the headlining and remove the front light, handles, and sun visors to completely remove the headlining from the car. Then, take the new kit, which includes the new fabric, remove the old fabric from the headlining, and stretch the new fabric, cutting it to size. Apply glue to the headlining and adhere the fabric, finishing the edges and preparing for the fixing holes. Refit the headlining, and the job will be complete.
