When and how to change gears - Guide to using the gearbox

Model: (Various brands) Various

In this video, we see some important instructions to be able to understand when to change gears at the right time, without putting the engine in strain and without causing particular difficulty in everyday driving. The gearbox gears should be used according to the type of road you are traveling on; if the road is flat, it is advisable not to increase the level of engine rotation beyond two thousand revolutions, in order not to create too much effort. If, on the other hand, you are on an uphill road then it will be necessary to stretch the gears a little (perhaps up to three thousand laps) in order to have more torque and be able to go all the way up!

How to Remove the Front Shock Absorber on a Peugeot 406

How to remove the front shock absorber on a Peugeot 406? The first step is to lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts (engine bay), lift the car on a column lift and remove the front wheel. Unscrew the shock absorber mounting bolts at the wheel hub (detach the brake line clips with a screwdriver). Unscrew the bolts on the side, then remove the shock absorber from its housing (place a support under the bar). Compare the old part with the new one and prepare for installation. Fit the new shock absorber to the car, working in reverse order.
