How to Reset the Engine Warning Light?

If you notice the engine warning light coming on and it does not turn off after a few seconds from starting, you can first take the vehicle to a specialist centre for diagnosis, or obtain an OBD2 interface to install on the vehicle or connect it to the diagnostic port for a check. Once connected, wait for the recognition of the vehicle type and the data acquisition from the ECU, at which point the list of errors will appear and you can check them one by one. After that, you can proceed to delete them.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
