Hi today we are going to replace the service belt on Alfa Romeo. First we go to jack up the car from the passenger side, turning the wheel outwards so that we can remove the wheel arch. Unscrew the screws that support the wheel arch and any engine cover casing. Now we identify the belt tensioner bearing and with a 16 wrench we pull towards us, in order to loosen the belt and be able to extract it. In case we don't remember the exact position of the belt we can make a drawing on paper of its original position. We ascertain that the belt to be replaced is the same as our spare, and we put it back in place checking that the writing on the outside of the belt is legible correctly from our position, and that it is not upside down. We recommend that you first put it on the upper bearings and then go down, leaving the belt tensioner free. When the belt is in place, we turn the belt tensioner with the key and put it in its place. Now let's do a few turns on the last pulley that is the crankshaft pulley in order to ensure the correct position of the belt. Now we can reassemble the carter and the wheel cover and finally lower the car from the jack.

Disassembly of the gear knob on the Lancia Ypsilon 2

Today we will see, in this video tutorial, how to remove and replace the gear knob on the second series Lancia Ypsilon, but also on the Lancia Musa, in simple and quick steps.
