To replace the battery that controls the emergency call system in the BMW X6, recline the rear seats and remove the covers from the rear door pillars. Next, open the trunk and loosen the bolts that secure the roof cover, then pry it off with a tool.

Once the roof cover is removed, you will have access to the TCM battery, which controls the operation of the emergency call system. This battery can be removed and replaced with a new replacement part.
