Removing wheel bolt covers safely and correctly is essential to avoid damaging the car's rims and causing subsequent driving issues. Contrary to what one might think, the entire operation does not require any mechanical experience, just a bit of patience and skill. Remember to perform everything with the car turned off and lifted off the ground using appropriate systems or a simple pneumatic jack. Usually, Audi includes a small plastic tool, shaped like a clip, specifically for removing the wheel bolt covers. If you have it available, use it; alternatively, you can purchase one from an authorised dealer. Simply "catch" the cover and pull it towards you. This way, you won't risk scratching the rims.
