Remove the rubber protection, disconnect the connector, unlock the metal clamp, and remove the old bulb. Insert the new bulb, reattach the clamp, connect the connector, and reposition the protection. Screw in the two screws, using a magnetized screwdriver to hold the screw in place, and reassemble the panel.
