Cancelling or terminating the Telepass contract on any vehicle at your disposal is a very simple and quick operation to perform independently. To proceed with the cancellation, access the Telepass system and fill out the form dedicated to contract termination, entering your personal details such as: tax code, first name and surname, customer code, and contract number.

After entering the details, select the "CANCEL CONTRACT" option, then indicate your consent to the processing of personal data, and choose the day and time you would like to receive a call from an operator. All that’s left is to wait for the call to confirm the cancellation of the contract.
