Let's see how it is possible to deactivate the Start & Stop system on vehicles from the V.A.G group (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, and Skoda), using the VCDS system. The video refers to a Volkswagen car, but the system is equally valid for all group vehicles. Let's go to "select", then click on the "19- CAN gateway" button. This way the car will be recognized. Let's click on "channel": here we will select the string "IDE08348 - start/stop. Star voltage limit". We change the value of the lower row from "12.0 V" to 7.6 and confirm. This way we will have deactivated the system.
