How do you remove the storage compartment drawer of the Volkswagen Caddy?

Model: Volkswagen Caddy MK 3, 2K - Years 2003-2020

In order to remove the glove compartment of the Volkswagen Caddy, you need to loosen all the screws located on its upper interior part: once these screws have been loosened, you can pry on the right side of the dashboard to detach the side panel. From here, you can now pry to remove the drawer from inside its housing: once the old drawer has been removed from its housing, you can insert the new one, securing it properly. Then you will also need to reinsert the side panel of the dashboard.
