In order to replace the armrest on the Volkswagen Touran, you need to lift the armrest completely so that you can use an object to pry off the covering on the inside of the armrest: here you will be able to locate underlying screws that need to be loosened and completely removed. Then you will need to lower the armrest and disconnect the panel on the back as well: by doing this, you will be able to loosen the underlying screws in order to completely remove the old armrest and replace it with a new one.
