The steps illustrated in this guide will show us how to open the hood of the Volkswagen Tiguan, following the instructions below. First, we open the front door of the vehicle and start pulling the hood release lever located at the bottom; then we move to the front of the vehicle and release the lock pin located in the center, as shown in the video. At this point, we lift the hood, held by the hydraulic struts (or by fixing the rod); lower and guide the hood to close it!
