How do you reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Crafter?

The Service indicator on the Volkswagen Crafter instrument panel can be completely removed by turning on the instrument panel, inserting the appropriate key into the corresponding ignition block: once the ignition is turned on, the button on the left side of the instrument panel must be held down until the icon of the wrench and the remaining kilometers until the next service are shown. Once this screen is displayed, the button must be held down again for a few moments until a confirmation message is shown. At this point, the instrument panel can be turned off and on again to verify the reset.
