To replace the battery in the remote control of the Volkswagen Crafter, press the button on the top of the device to lift the key; at this point, you can lever inside its housing to detach the back panel of the remote. The underlying battery can now be completely removed to insert the new one; then, you can reposition the cover panel of the remote to complete the operation. Now you can check that everything works correctly.
