How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Up

Learn how to reset the maintenance indicator for the service light on a Ford Fiesta. This is a very simple operation: enter the vehicle and press the button next to the instrument cluster (fixed), turn on the ignition (you will see the maintenance light illuminated), release the button (previously pressed), and press it again within 20 seconds. After these steps, turn the ignition back on to verify the maintenance has been reset (the light should no longer be illuminated). Always remember to make changes to the onboard computer while the vehicle is stationary and turned off.
