How to Remove the Instrument Cluster from the Volkswagen Up?

To remove the instrument cluster from the Volkswagen Up, use a tool to pry off the trim located at the base of the instrument cluster: beneath it, you will find the screws securing the cluster, which can be loosened. At this point, detach the side panel of the dashboard, accessible by opening the driver's door: this will allow you to reach inside the dashboard and push the instrument cluster from behind. The connector at the rear of the cluster can then be disconnected, allowing for the complete removal of the unit.
