How do you reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Tiguan?

You can completely turn off the Service light on the Volkswagen Tiguan by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding slot: once the dashboard is turned on, you can access the menu on the dashboard and navigate using the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel. You will need to select the "Travel distance" option: at this point, press and hold the menu button for about ten seconds until another screen appears. When this screen appears, you need to select "Reset oil change service" to make the light disappear from the dashboard.
