How to Reset the Service Light on a Volkswagen Crafter?

Model: Volkswagen Crafter 2E, 2F, MK 1 - Years 2006-2017
Part: Service warning light

To reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Crafter, turn on the ignition by turning the key in the corresponding ignition switch: once the ignition is on, press and hold the button located to the left of the instrument cluster until the spanner icon and the mileage remaining until the next service appear. When this screen is displayed, continue to hold the button for a few seconds until a confirmation message appears. At this point, you can turn off the ignition to complete the process.
