To reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Crafter, turn on the ignition by inserting the appropriate key into the ignition switch. Once the dashboard lights up, press and hold the 0.0/SET button located beneath the dashboard until the spanner icon and the mileage until the next service appear.

When this screen appears, press and hold the button again for a few seconds until a confirmation message is displayed. At this point, turn off the ignition to confirm.
