To replace the internal rear view mirror on a Volkswagen Transporter, grasp the old mirror by its support arm at the back. Rotate it counterclockwise to disconnect the support arm from the mount on the windscreen. Then, position the new mirror so that the mount on the windscreen connects to the mirror arm. This will allow you to adjust it according to your driving needs.
