The climate control system in the Volkswagen ID.7 is fully integrated into the 15" multimedia screen and represents a modern approach to climate control. There are no knobs or physical buttons; everything is adjusted from the interface on the screen, with one slider for the passenger and one for the driver: simply drag your finger up and down along these sliders to adjust the temperature, the slider changes colour from red to blue, making it very intuitive. You can also adjust the intensity of the airflow, change the direction, and activate individual fans. This way, the dashboard has an extremely clean design, the interface is very appealing, but it lacks tactile feedback; you must take your eyes off the road; furthermore, it may be unresponsive, and those used to physical controls may need to adapt slowly.
