Is the wing mirror on your Golf damaged? Here’s how to replace it. Use a plastic lever to pry between the edge of the mirror frame and the broken mirror. Pry until the plastic clips at the back of the mirror detach (disconnect the power cable). Replace the damaged part with the new one (be careful not to cut yourself on the glass shards). Ensure the plastic clips engage in the supports of the wing mirror, and reconnect the power connector (if present). Get into the vehicle and adjust the mirror.
