In today's video, you will learn how to remove the passenger glove compartment on a Volkswagen Passat B5 and B6 in simple, quick steps. First, open the passenger door and start by removing the fixing screws located on the top of the glove compartment using a Torx screwdriver and a ratchet spanner; then also unscrew the screws found on the bottom, as shown in the video. At this point, you can slide out the glove compartment by disconnecting the two electrical connectors for the bulbs located at the back of the compartment!
