First, open the rear hatch of the boot and start by removing the plastic trim at the top; then unscrew the screws of the third brake light found inside the holes, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the bulb holder from the ceiling light and disassemble the bulbs inside, replacing them with new ones; then reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!
