How to Change the Shell and Battery of the Volkswagen Golf 7 Key

The key for the Golf 7 in the video was really damaged: save the battery and the electronic part by changing the shell. Refit the button onto the electronic part, which was also damaged to the extent that it was necessary to re-solder some parts. Clean it and place it back in its new shell. Reposition the key with the counter nut and its spring in the designated housing; press the two halves of the key together. Check the functionality of the key. Refit the spine and the top part of the remote. Now you can place the battery back in; pay attention to the polarity. Also, reattach the Volkswagen logo.
