As we can see in this tutorial, replacing the Volkswagen ID.6 remote control battery is a very simple and fast operation. To do this we will need a replacement CR2032 battery and a small flat-tip screwdriver. First of all, extract the emergency key using the appropriate button on the side, then unlock the rear door by levering the slot indicated with the key itself. Subsequently, we remove the old battery with the help of the screwdriver and insert the spare one, taking care to position it in the right direction.
