How to Install a Dash Cam on VW Id. 6

Model: Volkswagen Id 6 MK 1 - Years 2021-2026

To connect a compatible dash cam for the Volkswagen Id. 6, first remove the plastic cover located above the rearview mirror using a plastic trim tool to unclip it. Once the cover is removed, pull out the plastic profile by sliding it toward the windshield and replace it with the one that has the integrated dash cam. Be careful, for the power connection use only connector "A", the one at the top. Reposition the profile by sliding it upward and reinsert the cover.
