To replace the window regulator on a Volkswagen Lupo, use a tool to pry off the trim along the door's armrest. Once removed, loosen the screws underneath and then use a tool to remove the window switch panel. After these components are removed, loosen the additional screws securing the door panel and detach it completely. This will allow you to loosen the screws securing the window regulator, disconnect the connectors, and remove it from its housing.
