As seen in the video, to remove the front headlights on a 2005 Volkswagen Golf 4, you will need to unscrew the bolts before the outer and inner bumper. Remove the entire headlight and use a lever to disconnect the electrical connector. Check the wires for any breaks or damage, both at the connector and inside the headlight. The video shows that by detaching the four brackets or clips, you can open the glass and clean the inside of the headlight while changing the bulbs from the inside. To remove the headlight cover, you will need to apply force as the seal may have become stuck over time. Clean the interiors, replace the bulbs, and reassemble everything.
