The video shows that by detaching the four brackets or clips, you can open the glass and clean the inside of the headlight while changing the bulbs from the inside. To remove the headlight cover, you will need to apply force as the seal may have become stuck over time. Clean the interiors, replace the bulbs, and reassemble everything.
