Fuse box location on Volkswagen Golf 8

The position of the fuses on the Volkswagen Golf 8 is described in detail in the manuals. There are two main fuse boxes. Internal fuse box: it is located on the driver's side, under the dashboard. To access it, you need to remove the side plastic cover. External fuse box: it is located in the engine compartment, next to the battery. Here too, you will need to remove the plastic cover to access the fuses. For vehicles with left-hand drive, the first fuse box is located to the left of the steering wheel at the bottom of the dashboard, behind a small panel to be removed.
