How do you reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Touran?

The Service indicator that appears on the instrument panel of the Volkswagen Touran can be reset by holding down the button located on the right side of the instrument panel while it is turned off. By continuing to hold down the button, you can insert the ignition key and turn it clockwise to turn on the instrument panel. At this point, you can release the button after a few seconds and rotate the lever located on the left side of the instrument panel to verify that the Service indicator has been completely reset, and then turn off the instrument panel.
