In this tutorial, see how to dismantle the instrument cluster in a Volkswagen Touran, a very simple operation. First, remove the hazard light button using a plastic spatula, then unclip the entire right trim of the dashboard by prying along the perimeter with the spatula. Once removed, take off the upper cover of the steering column, unclip the dashboard trim, and unscrew the two fixing screws located on its lower edge. At this point, you can pull the cluster out of the dashboard, disconnect the rear connectors, and fit the replacement by following the reverse procedure.
