First, get inside the car and locate the small compartment on the lower left side of the dashboard, then open it. Once you have done that, act on the safety hook located on the right side of the compartment to remove it, and finally, locate the OBD2 port on the right side.

At this point, you can connect any diagnostic tool compatible with your Volkswagen Touran to it.
